1we have rent an auto from Locauto between 9-16 may 2015, when we rent the auto, we are forced to buy the full insurance from Locauto for euro 226.13 in order to get zero free insurance, even though our rent fee already covered the auto insurance. They told us, after buying this insurance, which will cover all the damage fee including own risk.
2. after that Locauto charged euro 428.56 from my credit card, I request the reason of charging from company website, and make phone call, but nobody reply.
on 11 feb 2016, we received a letter from Advancing trade spa for collecting credit over eur 538.33, They told us zero excess insurance says “the customer limits its participation in the economic damage suffered by the Lessor to the full amount of damages caused to lamps, crystals, tires, rims, wheels, roof and underbody of the car interior the mechanical parts. we do not agree with their decision , and send email back for complain. We did not receive description when we buy the insurance, we only orally informed the Zero excess insurance covers everything, and we have only received one invoice of buying this insurance.
In the end, I think Locauto have no right of charging more , we have already paid fully rent fee, and zero free auto insurance. We want Locauto, cancel the credit request.
