Mijn Klacht:
Multiple times I tried to unsubscribe from the LightInTheBox email list, but I keep on receiving emails (multiple times a day!!!). Next, I wanted to delete my account but… nowhere there’s an option to delete my account!!!
I wanted to contact the support of LightInTheBox, BUT… contact with them is ONLY possible when you already bought something. Strange!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I'm completely unsubscribed from the email list and when my account is permanently deleted. Actually I would be happy if EVERYONE can delete their account or successfully unsubscribe ANY TIME a person wants. If that's not possible, a company smells like spam.
