Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a blushpalette but when I received the palette, there was a piece broken so I want to mail them but all the possible addresse you can find on the site from them are not working so I can’t complein. I ask for a send and retour. Then I get an automatic email with possible solutions but not for my problem. So I have to replay on that mail but I get an error.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want a reaction and my money back or another palette.
