Mijn Klacht:

Since tuesday I´ve been having problems with my internet connection. On tuesday I couldn´t get in touch with KPN, the waiting time was up to 15 minutes. On wednesday my husband got in contact with them and they decided to send us a new modem (even thoug I was absolutely sure that it was not an internal problem). At this stage I could still watch TV, just my wifi kept falling out. So, on thursday they sent a new modem and didn´t say anuthing about configuration (theoretically it was supposed to configure it itself, with my old network name and password). Thursday, still no internet and plus no TV. So now, I am here with nothing. Friday morning came the service guy. Which also couldn´t do anything because -SURPRISE- the problem was not in my house, it was in KPN central. Now is friday afternoon, one hour ago I got one e-mail saying that the problem was solved (LOL). I called them back, saying that no, the problem is not fixed. I still have no internet, no TV and plus they changed my network name and password (of course, with the new modem). So now, even that the problem is fixed, I´ll have to reconfigure all of my home appliances (wifi printer, robot..). Thanks to KPN, not only I have no type of conection, I´ll still have to spend hours reconfiguring everything else. Thanks for nothing.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want my connections back and a discount on my factuur for all the disturbance that it was caused by you (KPN).
