Mijn Klacht:
I received a defective article 5 weeks ago. Sent emails got one reply asking me to send photos and after that no reply for 2 weeks. Wrote a bad review and 10 mins later got contacted by a sales representative promising to solve the problem by sending a new article that I would receive on 1205 and asking to delete the bad review. Nothing came on 1205 and I was never contacted. Sent and email (no reply to this day) and called twice but the person who picks up has NO IDEA of anything and shows zero initiative to solve the problem (I don t understand how can this be a “contact” person). I gave them the opportunity of doing things right but at this point I feel scammed.
