Mijn Klacht:
I got my ebike for repair in November to ITEK Venray and I’m still waiting for it, although I already picked it up twice from them, both times bike was broken in one way or another. Quality of these repairs … Oh, and there’s no quality, seriously, it simply looks amateur! Bike broke down after one or two days after I got it from them. When I was bringing it back, the guy who ‘repaired’ it was asking what have I done with the bike … It is offensive. At the moment the bike is there for a third time, but but after I read reviews here and there I don’t have much hope that it will be fixed properly. Oh, and they lost my battery key, so it is a joke. I paid already 230e for such ‘service’ but I will keep bothering them until I get repair worth these money.
It’s almost two months already and who knows how long it will take, that ebike was my way of transportation to work…
Gewenste Oplossing:
Right now I just want my ebike working as it should for such expensive repair.
