I have 3 contracts with the company Hi from the group of KPN BV. One sim-only, one tablet and one telephone. Since the start I have no internet access I have been in a shop (Kalverstraat-Amsterdam) where I was advised to call Customer Service. I did call and Mr.Nigel van Aasperen(he said he was the only Nigel working there) informed me that indeed in my phone, there was no traffic at all of internet but I needed to go to the Internet and follow 16 steps for each equipment and if that don’t work call back, he could not do it with me because would take to long on the phone.
When I made the contracts nobody informed me of this procedures because if I would know this I would stay with Vodafone with which I never had to follow this kind of absurd procedures to have my internet working.
I believe that the quality of the Customer Service (either shops or by phone) is terrible.
That the internet from my 3 contracts works properly and be refunded on € 207 ( 3 months of Internet for 3 contracts) of a service I could not use.
