Mijn Klacht:
Ordered an item from IKEA online and there is no way of contacting them or using their virtual assistant.
Why is there no way of getting answers from them? Surely if they are working from home and can log into their work portals they can assist you!
the contact number just cuts off!

Just let me know if i am going to get the delivery or not
