Mijn Klacht:
I bought a voucher for BKS photoalbum on 29-11-2013 and I ordered the photoalbum on April 2014, unfortunately I still did not receive my photoalbum. Although I wrote to both BKS and iBOOD, none of them reply to my emails.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my album as soon as possible also I want a compensation on the delay.
