Mijn Klacht:

I booked a help for one day but by default on the website instead of eenmalig you get wekelijkse so you are hooked for a whole year if you make a mistake. I have asked the klantenservice to help me as i made a mistake due to the way the website is build, they told me that i had to pay € 50 for the annulling kosten. This is appalling, of course i want to book regularly a help but when i can and i cannot now know which day as i work onregelmatig diensten. I find the way of the helpdesk very unfriendly and their website confusing. They take advantage of us as before you understand how the website works you are hooked for a year and they will let you pay. I will ask DAS to look into this but i need to inform the public to be aware of their tricky website by booking. It’s a trap!

Gewenste Oplossing:

They need to cancel my booking and give me a chance to book every time i need it and not every week. And certainly don' t steal my money!
Koude douche for Helplng helpdesk! They are not helping at all!!
