Mijn Klacht:
In February i had a gratis box code so i decoded to try hellofresh. Then my code didnt worked out(fraud startinf here) and i have been charged the. I called customer service and cancelled the box and my membership. I clearly stated that i dont want anything from hellofresh.
This week i received a box that i didnt order and charged 58 euros! When i called customer service they said even though account is cancelled if i go into hello fresh app membership automatically reactivated and i didnt even approve any reactivation or didnt receive information. Apparently marketing team keeps sending notification to cancelled account and if you accidently touch them you receive a box.At the end i had to pay a box that i didnt order and it is fraud
I didnt give any approval to any order and it is not possible to return it. This cant be legitimate business
