Mijn Klacht:
I was contacted by a representative of HelloFresh over the phone during the Christmas period and offered a discount if this woman register me as a client in this company. i was busy, did not have much time to think and decided that it can be a good idea to try it.The condition was that this particular woman have to open my account, so i gave her my details and she said I will receive all the information about my account by e-mail.
However, instead of receiving information about my account as password and so on, I received an e-mail that I have to pay a certain amount for my first box. I replied immediately that this is not the way to do it. That I have been told that first I will get an access to my registration and then, I will be able to choose what I want. Nooooo, this company only wants to bribe people and get money from poor people instead of focussing on good customer service.
As I did not have access to my account, as I did NOT create it myself. i have never agreed to any conditions on the site or anywhere else. 3 months later I keep receiving e-mais that I owe 100 euro for something I have never used or tried. And I wasted hundreds of hours from my time to explain to different people my situation and to stop this constant harassment without any result. They say they will fix this and a week later the amount is higher and I receive threatening e-mails to pay it.
I am beyond frustrated about this. i will not pay anything for something I have never used. And I insist this torturing experience to be ended right now. Otherwise I will escalate it to the police, to the media, and if I have to, I will sue this company.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my account to be closed, all my details to be deleted and the amount which is said that I owe to be cleared out from my name.
