Mijn Klacht:
Purchased BDS 280 from MedaiMarkt – the employee was hard selling me and I bit. Not too long and many problems – biggest was blu ray would not read. I took it in to MediaMarkt for repair ad was given a ‘new’ product. All the same problems as the first occurred and eventually the receiver can not even power up the menu display. Now it is past 2 years and i am asked to pay 300 euros to repair the receiver. It is difficult to believe that both MediaMarkt and HK are not complicit in reselling damaged goods into the market.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Harmon Kardon should stand behind it's product by offering a fair repair cost. MediaMarkt should be investigated and fined if found t be reselling damaged goods into the market. IT IS NOT NORMAL TO RENDER AN 800 EURO RECEIVER AS JUNK AFTER A FEW YEARS.
