I bought a watch from Tommy Hilfiger website and I wanted to return it. However, I wasted the return label and called the client service to issue a new return label. It was very difficult to find them with so much waiting time. I called many times to find a line. They told me they will issue the label and they have not done it yet although 1.5 month has already been passed. Because I bought another watch from the same store, I asked them to use the return label of the second order and they told me to do so. 3 weeks have already been passed and I have not received any confirmation that they have received the watch and that they proceed with the payment of the amount which corresponds to the value of the watch.
