I am writing to inform you that what happed for me, On Thursday, the 2nd of July, about 13:31 o’clock I was in the bus 364 .No. 41 direction Holendrecht,I stand up near my station to check out my OV chipkart ,and suddenly the bus driver braked hard, and I falling down and hit the seats, my toe was broken and the doctor plastered it.
I heard by hold GVB liable for this.I would like to receive a compensation for my damages.
