Mijn Klacht:
I’m a client of greenchoice, I bough Boks meter for 50 euros.
after some days of usage I didn’t found it good as I was expecting, so I returned it before 14 days of usage.
The device have been returned and accepted by greenchoice since 2nd January 2018.
Till now I didn’t receive yet my money back (50 euros).
I called many times asking them about the status of return payment, they told me that the pay back is already in process and I have to wait 2 weeks.
Now we are in 10 March and they told me again to wait more 2 weeks.
this is really unacceptable. they retrieve the monthly payment every month without problem , but given people their money back is a problem.
I’m going to stop my contract with them and never deal with them as they have very bad client service which only says “wait 2 weeks” every time I call since january !!!!!!!!!!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want my money back as soon as possible this week.
