Mijn Klacht:
Graydon promises a lot but does nothing. I became a member 3 years ago due to large number of unpaid invoices and late payments.
Complaint 1 has to be the system in which to register the cases. As a one woman show in my very dynamic and changeable business, I do not have time to sit behind a system where it’s difficult to log in. Where it’s even complicated to get a reminder or last warning letter. After 3 years, have not been able to use their template even once. Cool system is down more often than it’s up.
Complaint 2 – Service levels and so called collection services do not seem to accomplish anything. I had to pay 2 x extra for field collections agent and court fees. Client declared bankruptcy and I am left with extra costs AND EMPTY PROMISES.
Complaint 3 – In the 3 yrs I have had a subscription they have never been responsible for collecting. 1 time that my company was paid via graydon is when I personally chased after client myself. They never saw anyone from graydon. Guess Graydon cannot handle the timings of Horeca Clients!!
Complaint Compliment 4 – Graydon is very good at sending out invoices for work that they do NOT so and collecting money for themselves. They never ask if they should extend for another year. I thought that this silent extension was deemed an illegal business term.
For 482,79 euros per year that they have been leeching of my business I have not had any benefits whatso ever. Only extra costs of nearly 300 euros and nothing, nothing, nothing, else. When I send an email with this complaint, I get no response at all. It has been 14 days and the only message I received is to approve the extra costs for a field agent for a case of a few months, where the restaurant is already closed. If hey had actually done their job perhaps they would have known that.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied, once Graydon cancels my subscription and cancels any money that I would owe them. Once they return extra charges for the Red fort case which led to nothing. I had asked them specifically during a phone conversation with regards to the case and they brushed it aside and convinced me to go ahead and make the 200 eur extra costs. I will be satisfied when they send an apology for leeching of my company and not accomplishing anything at all in 3 years time.
