Hello,
I bought a dining table in Amsterdam Wonen on July 12,2017( order number : 2306435). After a few days from the purchase date, I found out
quality problems as below
1.The colour of the dining table is different from what I ordered in the store in Woon Mall in Amsterdam
2. Even after cleaning stains on the table, they are not removed.
==> The main reason to buy the table is prevent this.
The salesman in the store explained that the table would meet
our demand.
3. The mark of a water glass remains on the table.
I called service center and they visited my place. They said it is my fault since I didn’t put an oil on the table before starting using it. Therefore, they didn’t accept my request to replace it with the one in store or to get a refund.
In September, I sent a registered letter to the company. A guy from a service center called me and suggested they can send a oil to solve the problems. Since I was not satisfied with the suggestion, I didn’t accept it.
On October 31, I sent the second registered letter with two requests. One is that I will accept oil usage. The other is that I want an expert from the company to put the oil on the table since I am not an expert. But there is no reply from the company at all.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied with three options as below
Option 1: complete refund
Option 2 : Replace it with the one in their store.
Option s :An expert from the company put oil on the table with a skilled manner.
