Mijn Klacht:
Ik heb per ongeluk 2x usenet aangevraagd.
Nu had ik dat niet in de gaten.
Ik heb netjes binnen de proef periode mijn contract afgezegd.
Nu bleek achteraf dat ik op dezelfde dag 2x usenet had aangevraagd maar dat wist ik niet.
Een mail gestuurd naar dat bedrijf maar die willen niet meewerken.
GlobalCollect int nu geld van mijn rekening voor iets wat ik helemaal niet gebruik.
Ik het bedrag gestorneerd maar nu halen ze het er als nog af.
Kan u mij helpen met het probleem wat ik heb?
