They have a contract with AWS Maltasendvalu and told me that the amount of € 605,95 is send to your account.
My wife Danay Arregui Diaz tried to send this money to her family in Havana, Cuba by using Global Collect.
On 28th of July 2019 the amount of € 605,95 is payed by her ING-bankaccount (NL 85 INGB 0676 2621 20), but it never arrived AIS (in Cuba) card number 9550 0090 0031 5487, name: Mercedes de la Caridad Diaz Jimenez.
Please can you find out where it went wrong. Perhaps a wrong number or name?
