Hello,
Ths is the third time I had to sent my Acer laptop for warranty. First time some months ago I had problem with keyboard. It was replaced within warranty. Unfortunately the second time I sent the laptop to Acer they wanted me to pay for new cover of my laptop but the prolem was with loudly working cooler of the laptop. I agreed to pay almost 170 euro for some cover.
I received the laptop around the middle of May. Used it 30 mins and then suddenly no a blac screen. When connecting via HDMI it worked fine. Neverteless, I sent the laptop back to Acer and after a few days they sent me a bill for upgading Windows from 8.1 to 10. I had been using legal Windows 10 since Microsoft tries all tdirty tricks to force users to upgrade. Why a user should be responsible?
The problem lies sonewhere else but this time I received an invoice for 65 euros for Windows 8.1 preload. Today’s 30 May but the laptop still hasn’t come back. It’s a hardware problem not a problem with Windows so why they force me to pay otherwise they won’t repair it!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Money refund for Windows reinstallation. I had my data on my HDD installed.
