Mijn Klacht:
I paid for a stay at FLETCHER KEMPEL REUSEL hotel corresponding to 23 nights from 7 november to november 30 of the current year.
Yesterday night (12- 11/21) an incident occurred at the reference hotel that endangered my partner`s life and mine, a group of drank vandals who are staying at this hotel, attacked the installations, breaking everything in their path, including the fire alarms. Event that forced us to leve our room while the police arrived, because our safety was at stake.
Gewenste Oplossing:
We must leave evidence that it was impossible to contact one of the managers of the establishment for which I am writing to you to achieve a concerted solution where we demand the refund of the amount paid inmediately for the stay plus the corresponding compensation for damages as a result of the stress cause the night of the events at your hotel or change us to another hotel of our liking with all inclusive.
