today (17/09) i had a booking for the African dance at 11:30 at Zomerhofstraat 52, 3032 CL Rotterdam
the check-in was until 11.35 but I had a meeting with my manager and I arrived at 11.39 at the gym.
the lady named Salen (not sure how to write her name) didn’t let me go to the class because I was late.
I understand and I respect your rules, but every rule needs to have an exception. I was a bit late, yes, but what could i do?! i couldn’t say to my manager that I need to leave the meeting just because of the dancing class! they will fire me! it is really very disappointing and unacceptable the way the girl at the gym treated me today! I am paying extra for these group lessons, most of the time due to the meetings i have i arrive at the gym 5 min late but I was always allowed to enter the club.
i don’t go to the gym because I want to gain muscles, i go to the gym because I am alone in the Netherlands, I don’t have friends and the gym is my only company. I also have depression and I am going through a very stressful period in my life, and the gym is the only place that makes me feel happy but that girl today decided to deprive me of the only thing that makes me happy and relaxed.
As I said, I do understand your rules, but you also need to understand us too!!!
