Here we are again, Maria. We checken our system and see the different e-mails from our customer service. On 4 september they stated that we honored the agreement. You have paid 16,95 and 13,05, making the total of 30 euro...

8 jaren geleden - I HAVE ALL THE PROOF THAT THEY SHOW THAT YOU DEDUCTED 17.95 MORE. IF YOU DONT RETURN I APPLY FOR LEGAL INSURANCE AND IT WILL TAKE BIG ISSUES, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. WITH YOUR BAD SERVICE AND THE PEOPLE WHO DONT WORK WELL

You have paid 16,95 and 13,05, making the total of 30 euro that was agreed upon. Is this information clear? In your messages you mentioned another payment? What was the payment and on which date? We hope to hear from you soon.

you say you hope to hear from me and u close the ticket but once i have all the proof and send to the legal service you will see with your lies
