Mijn Klacht:
1) I paid for a year’s fee in advance but Fit For Free still debited my card for a monthly fee. When I went to the service desk in Bijmer Arena the receptionist treated me with no respect. I have to complain twice by calling the support center to get it corrected. Fit For Free promised two-month membership for free as an apology but Fit For Free didn’t keep the promise and didn’t provide any extension of my membership.
2) The lockdown was enforced by the Dutch government since April. Fit For Free said that my membership will be extended for the same amount of time as the lockdown for free. I didn’t get any extension of the membership.
3) I asked if Fit For Free can refund the fee that I paid in a year advance for the time period of the lockdown but I never get any reply.
Fit For Free didn’t keep any promise. I’m disappointed by Fit For Free’s dishonesty and bad customer service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
1) Do not debit my card without asking for my permission first.
2) Refund the money that I paid in a year advance for the Apr, May, Jun, Jul and August 2020.
