Mijn Klacht:
I do not expect much attention from staff since I’m paying very cheap thus the service is also cheap. But the staff most of the times is so lazy and arrogant that it makes you feel unwelcome at the gym.
Group lessons are disappointing. Again: I do not expect the instructor to check on every person to see if he/she is doing the exercise correctly. But the least an instructor can do is show some enthusiasm.
The instructors have an “I don’t care” attitude. They cannot be bothered, they do not prepare for the class. I had an instructor reading a guide for the class while she was teaching the class. She had no idea of what she was doing. That’s a joke.
She taught the class while she was sitting on step box, no interest on what she was doing what so ever.
I also had a Zumba class where the teacher barely looked at the people in the room, she rushed through the songs like she had another place to go. The classes are often packed, there is no airco and they start late.
A shame. Even though I pay cheap I expect some quality. More respect to your consumers!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Airco at the class, better training of the staff, punctual classes.
