Mijn Klacht:
we requested their services 1 month ago, they kept sending mechanics without equipment or postponed appointments. We have been calling them several times every day for the past weeks and still we are without internet. We requested cancellation. They responded that we have to pay 500 euros if we want to cancel because we missed the 14 day cancellation period. So we have no internet but have to pay 500 to get rid of this company.
Gewenste Oplossing:
i want them to cancel our request for their internet service free of charge since they have not yet provided ANY service.
