Mijn Klacht:

i was with my family a day out in ikea today, we had a nice time looking around and getting something to eat,at the end of our visit we decided to walk through the mini supermarket and get some ice cream for on the way.All of a sudden i was been approached by one of your sercurity saying that, one of your employees says that she saw me putting something in my bag.instead of the sercurity guy explaining to me what the problem was,he said he has to check my bag first befor explaining to me what it was.i ask him which of the employees said that,he couldn\’t tell me which one it was.after he has finished checking my bag,i asked him what it was and he said [SWEET] i said to him are you crazy,do you think i will just walk in here, just to steal [SWEET].i have been coming to IKEA for the last ten years and i have not felt so embarrassed, ashamed and disrespect like this befor.i would like to know how your employees and security people are trained to handle a customer like the way i was being handle today. *IKEA BREDA ( kruisweida 1)

Gewenste Oplossing:

the next time soneone or an employees accuse a customer,they have to be very sure about it befor approaching and to the security guy he need to be educated on how to approach costomers.
