Mijn Klacht:
Euphony overcharged me 2 months and now they are ignoring my request for them to fix it even when I’m emailing them regularly. I have been open minded and also suggesting specific ways for them to solve the issue and they just always seem to be as surprised, its like they don’t have any CRM system.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want them to reimburse me and allow me to quit right away without any penalty, if anything they should get a penalty.
