Mijn Klacht:
I booked a flight, at the payment screen a error occurred, after paying the ticket everything went well until i noticed that i payed the ticket twice instead once.
After several times of contacting edreams through facebook chat and telephone, they say they only received one payment…
I contacted adyen and they said they received both payments and sended both payments too edreams.
I even got the proof mailed to me.
After sending the proof to edreams including screenshots of mine bank account of the double payment, they still saying they didnt receive a second payment.
Gewenste Oplossing:
It's very simple;
Locate the transfers
Resolve this issue
And fund mine money back...
