Mijn Klacht:

Dear edreams,

I am sending you this email to inform you that yesterday I have booked a ticket from Netherlands to Sudan, I was suppose to travel today at 7am early in the morning but when I went to the airport, they stopdd me and told me that my name and ticket aren’t registered despite I recieved a ation email from you,so as a consequence, I missed my flight but, there will be onother flight with the same cost as the first one at 12am, so I was wondering if it’s possible for me to travel at 12
