Mijn Klacht:
The provider T-Mobile sent my Samsung Mini S-III to Dynafix for repair when I complained that it resets every seconds even with if it is fully charged. The Dynafix sent back my phone saying that there is a moisture in the Printed Circuit Board because they opened the phone without first doing the proper procedure of troubleshooting. Dynafix opened the phone without doing visual inspection wherein back cover of the phone cannot be closed properly due to blutted battery. When I received the phone from Dynafix, I tried installing a new battery and my phone works perfectly without charging it for 3-days. The phone works perfectly OK.
I sent back the phone to Dynafix saying that the damage was battery and not the phone itself as what they indicated in the diagnostic document that they sent together with the phone. Dynafix sent back my phone without doing anything on it, and charged us EUR 32. According to the customer support Margo Deliège, they did a research on my phone so therefore I need to pay EUR 32. This Dynafix is really unprofessional in troubleshooting the phone and money making company to charge client for their so-called research.
Dynafix and T-Mobile have the worst customer service and the worst technician to do proper troubleshooting. Now I am waiting for my phone to be sent back but they insist that I must pay the EUR 32 before getting my Phone back!!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I am not satisfied by the repair that Dynafix did.
