Mijn Klacht:

Wednesday 5 Feb 2020 in the evening I received my Samsung phone back after reparation. But turns out it brings more damages than ever! The LCD screen is badly damaged, lots of broken pixels and scratches all over it. For a brand new phone that I really took care of, this really annoyed me.
As informed, I contacted [email protected] on Thusday 6 Feb 2020 with all the required proof (condition of the phone before and after repair) but up until now I have gotten zero response back.

Please be a professional and take responsibility for the damages you have done to my phone.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want my phone's LCD screen being repaired immediately with NO FURTHER DAMAGES to the other areas of the phone. And since this is completely not my fault (all the proof are there), phone needs to be repaired free of charge.

For everyone that read this:
This is not resolved!
As what Dynafix wanted to keep it organized (which is funny as I have sent you the email 3 weeks ago but you never respond to it), I have continued the case in klachtenkompas.nl so there is no reason for you to ignore that case.
I have resent again the proof and now waiting Dynafix to response.
I am putting now the score to 1 until you fix my phone.
