Mijn Klacht:
I asked for my battery to be replaced by Dynafix. They took my phone and said they would give me an offer. I received the offer a couple of days later which included changing extra parts which had nothing to do with my battery and gave me an offer which is double their price for battery replacement. I asked them what were these items in the offer. They said they made a mistake, but still if I want a battery replacement they would need to change my fingerprint scanner as well, etc so the price would be anyways higher. Then I said I don’t agree and wanted my phone back. IT was already hard to schedule an appointment as the link they sent in their email was not working and on the phone they could not change my delivery address- on the side note. Then a couple of days later I got my phone back which I can’t even recognize: my protector foil removed, scratches on the screen, the paint scratched all over the edges, the phone formatted everything deleted. I thought it’s not even my phone. I had to check my imei number. They basically damaged my phone and caused me lots of hassle. I am very disappointed and going to file other official complaint against them.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would be satisfied in they would reimburse the costs of the damage and value depreciation they caused in my phone, as i cannot even sell it like this anymore.
