Klacht DTG! Contract -

Mijn Klacht:

I start my own company 4 months ago. After a long telephone conversation in badEnglish -my English not good and i have no dutch- i agreed to a free trial period of 2 months after i was told that he could stop it at any time. I think an order confirmation would be sent to our address or they sent me contract for signature. This has never arrived. The first thing that arrived is bill. Now they said contract last for at least 1 year.

I received from 46,58 was immediately the first written document we received from DTG and we immediately decided to cancel the contract as the product has no use at all. It was in fact the first sign of the existence of this ‘agreement’ after 3 months of silence and the phone call long forgotten. We therefore also had no possibility to cancel the agreement, which we would certainly have done if we had received the order confirmation.

I never see a contract without signature before.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want to cancel contract immediately for this year not for next year.i dont want pay for unsignatured contract

Dear ms. Badur,

Last week my colleague contacted you about the contract. She rightfully indicated that there\'s a signed contract between Sonic Attack and DTG BV, which means you\'re bound to the contract until 25 october 2018.

We have ended the contract for next year, so it will not be automatically renewed. I will send you a confirmation per e-mail.

I hope your complain has been answered for so far.

No this answer not good for me.i do everything for all the people warn about that.i don\'t even remember what i said in the phone i want to see my signature contract.
