Doyouspain is a platform for many car rental companies. Unfortunately, the information they supply does not correspond with that of the specific rental company which is only availably until one has actually booked.
My own experience: I booked a car through Doyouspain for the duration of our stay in Ibiza. Date time of arrival 25062019 – 00:00 Date time of departure 04072019 – 04:00
On booking I was quoted a price of € 91.23 including platina car Insurance. There were NO further details of any other kind available. Having paid, I had then and only then access to the full rental agreement. Here it stated that car collection outside opening hours , an additional cost would be incurred of €40. This was frustratingly announced at the pick-up point at the airport by the bus driver. Quote ; “ You have to pay €40 or don’t get in the bus”
It also came to our attention that returning the car at 04:00 h was impossible because they were simply closed. Opening time 07:00h. This meant we had to return the car a day earlier, without refund ! Extra cost for a taxi €47 to get us to the airport the next day. An extra € 32,98 for service and refuelling charge was also charged which again was not shown or calculated in the total amount Doyouspain quoted.

Please collect your car from RECORD RENT A CAR. On arrival at the airport, after collecting your luggage, please exit the terminal building and turn left. Walk for approximately 100 metres and you will find the P3 parking area. A representative from RECORD RENT A CAR will be waiting with the shuttle bus to take you to the RECORD RENT A CAR office, located a short distance from Ibiza Airport.

This meant, apart from the inconvenience of not being able to return the car at the airport directly before our flight. Additional cosst NOT quoted by Doyouspain ;

The car rental company Recordgo told me I was the one of many with the same complaint and advised me to complain direct to Doyouspain. He also acknowledged that their site was not in sync with that of theirs and Doyouspain did nothing to rectify it.
Doyouspain has no complaints department or a direct e-mail address to correspond to !
