Een klant van Dirk van den Broek ervoer een teleurstellende behandeling tijdens zijn bezoek aan de supermarkt. Na een lange wachttijd bij de kassa werkte de betaalautomaat niet, en de klant voelde zich niet geholpen door het personeel, dat onvriendelijk en onoplettend was. Uiteindelijk kon hij zijn boodschappen niet betalen, wat leidde tot frustratie.

Mijn Klacht:

I am shocked about the treatment I got from Dirk personnel 3 days ago. I spent at least 40 minutes shopping to buy a lot of things, put in the shopping car and came to the kasa. I waited another 10 minutes at the kasa. The cashier read all the products, it costed 46.71 euro. But, all of a sudden, the kasa didn’t work. Neither for cash nor for pinnen. Then the cashier went to other kasa to get change for my 50 euro cash, but the other cashier was so rude that he didn’t pay even attention. The current cashier said she had to deal with other customers and opened another kasa and left me there. So, I was just left with the items I bought and 50 euro. I couldn’t pay what I bought, but I really needed the things I bought plus the time I spent. I was kept there 10 minutes more where I got so angry and asked the cashier to call the manager. I turned my back, walking to the door and the manager came behind me and started shouting saying that I was stealing the products. I got shocked!!!! What kind of behaviour is this? None of the cashiers didn’t explain the situation. Then I said I couldn’t pay because the kasa was broke. He even told me to go to the kasa again to wait the whole queue and read all the items, or he would call police by accusing me of being stealing! I got so annoyed. He didn’t want to understand the situation. I even told him that the amount was 46.71 euro, how do I know this without going through the queue once. His name is Z. Raga at Dirk v/d Broek Kostverlorenhof. I have so big complaint about this person. He is so rude, this kind of person should not be employed in any of the sales area. In the end, another lady came, went to the next kasa, took my 50 euro, gave my change, but she refused to give the name of this manager where I insisted to be able to file a complaint. In the end, I managed to get his name. She was even accusing me of stealing! What kind of personnel does this Dirk have?? I will never ever go to this supermarket any more. I pay maybe a bit more in Albert Heijn, but get the best treatment and quality. I will also write this behaviour to all newspapers against Dirk. I want Dirk to remove this personnel and actually replace with reasonable and polite people. Not like the first cashier leaving the customer all alone after 1 hour spending time in the shop…It was really a shame of Dirk.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Apology and punishment of the manager called Z. Raga and all the personnel working at the kasa on monday 22/07/2013 at around 19 hrs.
