I paid 100 euro for nothing: neither the order nor my money back has ever been received.
I wanted a charger, Skyrc MC-3000, available only on three web-sites in the Netherlands. For some unfortunate reason, I decided to order it from dennisdeal.com. Although the web-site is in Dutch, the order was shipped from China and (unexpectedly for me) got selected by the Dutch customs. I was informed about it by a letter from PostNL with a request to fill in a form on PostNL web-site. Due to potentially high extra costs on top of this already overly-expensive Chinese charger, I selected an option on PostNL web-site not to accept the parcel. The order was sent back to the seller, which was ed by PostNL. No additional trace and track code was provided for the return shipment.
One and a half month on I still cannot get my money back. DennisDeal suggests that they have never received and will most likely never receive the package back, which means I cannot get my money back. In our e-mail conversation they also put a responsibility on me for not accepting the order.
I buy a lot of things in the Internet and I have never had such a bad experience with shopping online. From the conversation with dennisdeal customer support it feels as if I got scammed. The seller can receive (or most likely even has already received) the product back and still claim they have not received anything, as I cannot prove otherwise.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I will be satisfied when I get my money back.
