Ref Travelfrom.nl VGXGSM, Delata ref HL4GEB
This trip for April was cancelled due to Corona restrictions
now 10 months later,multiple enquiries to Travelfrom.nl have not / not adequately been answered
Then we got information that Delta had agreed to refund but payable within max 60 days
Also this deadline has expired several months and still no payment, no information at all
No customer respect at all
When calling the helpdesk from tavelfrom.nl, we get a pre-recorded message in an Eastern European language with no possibility to talk to a travel consultant at all
