I’m writting this lettre to complaine about an incident happend to me , my wife, and my baby.
I was trying to get bus number 3 to schalkwijk centrum from haarlem station. Bus number 3647 .
the driver saw us but she didn’t open the back door for our baby cart, and i did push the boton to open the door for me. But mistakenly i push the wrong boton . Emergency boton.she start after yeling at me and my wife . I told here to not yel at me and it was only a mistake. She refuse to open the door for my baby and asked me to leave the bus. She told me that ” it’s my bus and am not gonna take you”. Please take this in consediration. It was cold and my baby waiting outside.i consider this this as a descrimination and mistakes can hapen. But my baby can not pay for a mistake like this. I called the police and i refused leave . The police suggested me to send you a conplaine.
i hope that your company can do somthing better, because this not a good customer service or any kind of treating human . date : 22-09-2015 time around: 14h00.
