DISTURBING ILLEGAL CONDUCT FROM AN APPALLING, UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS
Greedy, unscrupulous company erroneously charged me 5x too much for a bus journey back in December. After first bringing matter to their attention on JAN 3RD, I have STILL not received my money back. Staff are rude incompetent in the extreme. Clearly think then can act without impunity company is now ILLEGALLY refusing to receive a new complaint/escalation of previous complaint, after they embarrassingly FAILED to send money they had agreed in compensation (after disgracefully taking WEEKS to respond) – have then exacerbated this by trying to lecture others, while making me chase them for an answer an update. I rarely leave bad reviews; but this company needs a good ‘kick up the ass’. ALARMING DISTURBING CONDUCT ACROSS THE BOARD. I suffer from SEVERE HEALTH PROBLEMS, What on earth are you playing at Connexxion?!
Gewenste Oplossing:
A resolution that accounts in full for the catalogue of monumental failings, unprofessional behaviour, unscrupulous conduct (advertent, self-serving) illegal refusals to receive new complaints (not to mention their embarassing, incompetent bumblings failings to even do as they had promised, within a timeline set by them!)
