Mijn Klacht:
Connexion told me to contact Arriva and when I just called Arriva, it says to contact connexion and they are not liable to give any guidance
The problem is described below:-
I have already complained to connexion and arriva but they still send me an email like below: –
I had done my subscription by looking into 9292.nl, one can still search for it by Puccinidreef to Bloemlaan and I have the subscription mentioned in 9292 and now arriva says, I took a wrong subscription.
Everyday I travel and my money gets deducted, this is blatant thef and CHEATING or people’s faith and trust.
On top of everything, they do not understand the issue and never call me back after promising that someone will call me back.
Even now 9292 says buy 5453 with center zone 4 and I did buy that but still money is deducted in my card 3528010481749956
I have no obligations .
