We’ve rented a car at Cape Town South Africa – Ref: ZA557816910
After a week more than 600 Euro were debitted from my credit card for reparation of scratches on the front bumper.
I’ve sent a mail to Europcar mentioning :
First point :
I’m not aware about this !!!
I that bumper had scratches when I arrived at Cape Town airport.
I don’t know from where these scratches were coming.
We didn’t had an accident during our stay in South Africa.
This damage wasn’t occurred by me. I cannot accept this.
Second point :
When there was damage, please advise why they let me pay an additional assurance ?
Until now, Europcar is saying that they have the right to do so.

Beste,
We hebben tijdens ons verblijf in ZA geen ongeval gehad.
De voorste bumper vertoonde inderdaad enkele krassen die ik niet had opgemerkt tijdens de ontvangst van de wagen. ik heb dit ook erkend.
De vaststelling en bevestiging hebben nog geen minuut geduurd.
Een kost van meer dan 600 euro voor de herstelling van krassen ?
Ik heb daar mijn vragen bij..
