Mijn Klacht:
I booked a bolt (car sharing) on Sunday as they offered a 50% discount from the airport to my place. Price was of 11 euros instead of 23 euros. I decided to take bolt instead of the us. However I discovered I was charged of 34 euros! I contacted the customer service and they said there was a surcharge of 2.3 while I was booking my bold.
1. I never received a notification informing me about the surcharge otherwise I would not have booked it
2. They refuse to refund the difference
Gewenste Oplossing:
1. They offer a refund of 23 euros
2. They ensure that customers receive a notification informing about any price difference before booking
