As a customer, I am very dissatisfied with the product and service I got from BestAir. We had an LG/BestAir airco installed in our house in 11th of May. We have not used the product at all until 31st of May. On 31st of May, after 2-3hours of usage, the airco stopped working with an error code (after our first usage). We called BestAir customer service, and told our discomfort from a dysfunctional product after usage and wanted a fast repair. The earliest repair date possible was 24th June, which is already longer than 3-week-recommended-legal period. We mentioned to customer service that 3weeks is too long and we wanted an earlier date, and we were refused in an unfriendly tone from the customer service
employee. So we accepted to wait until 24th of June. Today due to the heat, we wanted to give another try to the airco and started the machine. Luckily it worked for 1hour, but the quality was very bad. The power was very low and there was no cooling effect. After 1 hour, the machine stopped and we got another error code. This is 2 times of usage and 2 times of defect. As a customer, I find this unacceptable and I would like to receive either a replacement or a refund. I dont want this airco to be repaired as I lost my trust in the product and the company. I contacted my insurers and started a legal procedure as well. I do not recommend this company to anybody.
