I looked for pregnancy supplements on google.
I saw in several online shops .almost the same price.
The only one that gave 11 gratis was BENU Shop therefore I bought it by them.
When I received the box was exactly the amount what I order WITHOUT 1 gratis.
I called several 5imes and sent emails. The answer was ridiculous that there is special price of 50% therefore its 11.
I told them that what they write its 11 which mean buy 1 get 1 free.then they try to explain me that I didn’t understand it correctly that there is a star lower that say about the special price.
It’s funny that customer need alot of explanation before he buy because the advertisement is not straight forward.
BENU I’m expecting you to follow your advertisement for 11 and send me the 2 gratis what I should get from start!!!
Don’t attract clients whith fouls advertisement in order that they buy by your shop and at the end you not supply it.
If you wrote 50% and not 11 gratis then you are correct .
I sent you email with the picture that show it.
Pity that you lies to customers.
You are from the BENU group keep the correct standard.
Gewenste Oplossing:
That they will send what was in there advertisement.11 gratis.
I bought 2 and expected to receive extra 2 .
