Mijn Klacht:

It was horrible experience. I went to basic fit on vismarkt Groningen. And ask for help in balie with mij. Basic fit website. I have premium account but i have question about extras. So worker with name Maureen refused to help me she said she doesn’t know how it works and she doesn’t like me and doesn’t want to help. So i asked if there’s other workers who caan help me. But she said she is boss there andd no one will help me. Oh I’ve been almost two years with basic fit, also in different cities but never had experience like that.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would be really concern if that worker will learn more about costomer service and never talk with clients like that
