Today 18/04/22 at 19:20pm I was visiting Macdonald arena place in Nederland And it’s the first time in my experience with Macdonald’s. we get this kind of service the order person her let us waiting for more than 20 min .and when we ask the person who’s taking the order why you. Ignoring us! and just take the other’s side from others auto? he says that I’m busy with other’s things . And if you dont like to give me a slap on my face. It’s really bad experience to provide this kind of service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Employees should now how to talk with customers. Ad giving them more training. And I will visit the same branch
