Mijn Klacht:
My luggage was delayed on a trip from Amsterdam to Athens on the 16th of December and instead of being delivered in the morning of Friday the 16th of December it was delivered at 22.00 at night on Monday the 19th of December.
I had to buy clothes on Saturday the 17th -as I didn’t have any clothes,shoes or underwear-, and had to go to a wedding on Saturday, and dress myself on Sunday and Monday. I immediately contacted Austrian Airlines,and gave them receips for 198.90 worth of clothes I had to buy for those 3 days.
It’s been 2 months,and 5 emails later no-one has replied to my request, contacted me, or refunded me. They’re ignoring me completely.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I need to be refunded the cost of the clothes I had to buy due to their mishandling of my luggage
