Hello,
I have been an amazon.de customer for 5 years and happy with it. On 06.04.2021, while trying to buy something from amazon.nl, my prime membership was converted from amazon.de to amazon.nl, without my request and consent. I transferred the issue to the customer service, and got a reply that it will be corrected until 11.04.2021, if not send a reminder (Contact name of this Customer service is available).
All my reminders are replied by not reading what has happened, and what was promised by the customer service beforehand.
As a regular customer of amazon.de (spending more than €10 000 in last 3.5 years), I was happy with the customer centric approach and the products I bought. However, I cannot accept to be forced on a direction by amazon in prime membership, without my consent and request. This feels like being ripped off a right, which I had agreed and followed with amazon and I am totally disappointed with this attitude.
If I desired this change, I would have chosen it myself ad advertised through e-mails.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like my previous -5 yrs old- prime membership in amazon.de back.
If this is not possible, I would not use any other amazon website (nl/de/co.uk/com/fr). This will be a Goodbye amazon, for ever.
